Account & Data Deletion

Instructions on how to remove your data from Daily Notes & Checklist

Offline App Information: Daily Notes & Checklist is a local-only application. Since we do not require account registration or store any of your data on remote servers, there is no online account to delete. You have complete control over your data directly on your device.

How to Delete Your Data Locally

If you wish to delete all your notes, checklists, and local configuration permanently, you can do so easily by following the steps below:

Method 1: Uninstall the Application

Uninstalling the app from your device will automatically delete the app's local sandbox, including all your stored notes and database entries.

  1. On your device home screen or app drawer, long-press the Daily Notes & Checklist app icon.
  2. Select Uninstall (or Remove App).
  3. Confirm the uninstallation. All local database files will be removed.

Method 2: Clear Application Storage (Android Settings)

If you want to keep the app installed but reset all data to a clean state, you can clear its storage:

  1. Open your device's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Find and select Daily Notes & Checklist.
  4. Tap on Storage (or Storage & Cache).
  5. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data) and confirm. This permanently deletes all your local notes.
